There is a lot of ground to cover, and I hope that you’ll find my explanations clear and my illustrations useful. If you’re so inclined, I have set up two ways to send me a monetary contribution, but please understand that there is no obligation to do so.
There is a benefit, however, to contributing. I have set up a mailing list for contributors only, where I will answer any questions and keep them informed of updates made to this guide. A printer-friendly PDF of this guide is available, and contributors will receive a complimentary copy by e-mail. Contributors will also have access to the ad-free version of the guide to videoblogging.

Contributions made through Amazon are anonymous, so if you wish to join the mailing list, please forward your confirmation e-mail (minus any personal financial info, if applicable) to spaze at spazeboy dot net, and I will add you. PayPal contributors who do not wish to be added to the mailing list, should please indicate that in the notes field on the payment page.
