I went to vote this morning in West Hartford. When I got to the polls, there were two voting booths. One of which was occupied by someone (who was in the booth for an inordinately long time) who just happened to have a “Vote Joe” bag, which was completely visible below the curtain. As I was leaving, I noarced the guy out to one of the “officials”. Oh, how low can you go Joe?? Sheesh!!
