Poor Coverage
A new TV ad from the Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut.

From the Foundation:
The intentionally cheeky ad, titled “Poor Coverage,” shows middle class citizens who are left – literally and figuratively — uncovered and without adequate health coverage, in the very state that’s the center of the insurance industry. The ad is intended to draw attention to the fact that more than 400,000 Connecticut residents are walking around the state missing basic health care coverage.
More here, including a radio ad.
The bottom line (if you’ll pardon the pun) is that we can afford universal health care. It’s not a cost in addition to what we’re paying–it’s a cost instead. And that cost will be less.

That is one cheeky add. heh
