Chris Dodd is Ready to Lead

There’s a new Chris Dodd ad, which I learned about via Matt B-H:

Senator Chris Dodd is ready to lead. Through his leadership, we are moving the conversation from half-measures to bold solutions on our most pressing challenges: ending the Iraq War responsibly, stopping global warming and ending our dependence on Middle Eastern oil. On energy, he is proposing the boldest plan of all presidential candidates, which includes a Corporate Carbon Tax and 50 mpg fuel economy standards.

It seems like I always blog about Chris Dodd and the Smashing Pumpkins back to back. Can anyone out there link Billy Corgan to Senator Dodd within six-degrees? If so, I want to hear about it. In any case, here’s the ad:

I like it. Dodd puts himself at the front of the pack (whether he’s polling there or not), and I like it. Candidate Dodd is taking and inspiring action, and I hope he keeps it up!

    Easy:

    1. Sen. Dodd is a colleague of Sen. Lieberman
    2. Sen. Lieberman once kissed George W. Bush
    3. Bush Jr. is the son of Bush Sr.
    4. Bush Sr. once lived across the street from Homer Simpson.
    5. Homer Simpson, smiling politely, once introduced himself to Billy Corgan.
