Today the finalists were announced for the blogging scholarship I posted about last week. There are 20 finalists, and the top vote-getter walks away with a $10,000 scholarship. Here are the finalists:

Wait a minute! That’s preposterous!! Why, if I’m not on the ballot, how will I get money for school!?!??!? It’s too bad that one can’t just sue random bloggers for large amounts of money…because that never works.</inside-joke>

On a more serious note, I want to thank the people who took the time to nominate me. I’d also like to congratulate the 20 finalists. What I’ve found is a list of 20 great student blogs I’ve never read before.

Sure I’ll have to wait 6-8 weeks to get the extra $10 code, but that’s a 33% return on investment!
