Jim Himes Pub Quiz 3
Less than a week to go until the third Pub Quiz fundraiser for Jim Himes. This has become an end-of-quarter tradition, and though I can’t make it to this one, I think it will still be worth your time to make the trip.
With free beer and pizza on the line, you’d have to have a great excuse–like a paper due at 9 on Thursday morning–to skip it. So head over to Act Blue, kick in $25 (or more), and block out some time on your calendar next Wednesday night.
Here are the details:
Who: Jim Himes, you, and every single one of your friends.
Where: Bradford’s Grill and Tavern (2nd floor), 83 Bedford St., Stamford, CT (map)
When: Wed. March 26th, 7:00 – 9:00pm (quiz starts promptly at 7:30pm)
What: Get together a team of up to 5 – or join a team at the event – to compete in four rounds of Connecticut political trivia, and to support Jim Himes as the first quarter comes to a close.
Oh man, too bad I’m in Canada, I would love to go to this! Much applause to whoever had this idea.

This is an end-of-quarter tradition, so you’ll probably have a chance to attend one in June or September this year — if you come back down from the land of hockey and maple syrup.
